Tea Instructions

1. Boil water, let it cool down (should still be hot but not scalding), pour in cup

2. Fully submerge tea bag (used spoon to weigh tea bag down if need be)

3. Steep tea for 15-20 minutes

4. Gently agitate/press on bag to release any additional herb essences into water

5. Optional: add lemon and/or honey for taste

6. Consume in under 30 mins

   1. Yes! Pour half of the tea in another cup and either share it with a friend or store it for later.

1. How do I store it?

   1. Put tea in an airtight container like a mason jar in the refrigerator or freezer. Should be consumed within 7 days.

   1. You should experience the tea’s full benefits within 30-60 minutes and these full effects usually last from 3-6 hours.
